Do you support Mobile devices?
Yes, we do. We also have provide iOS and Android based SDK for our customers to capture images of invoices or receipts to be captured. The SDK ensures that the optimal quality of image is captured for accurate data extraction.
What languages do you support?
We support all Latin character set languages that covers most of European and English languages. At the moment we do not support Arabic, Chinese, Korean and Japanese character set. But that support is on our roadmap and coming pretty soon.
Do you have the API documentation?
Yes, you can access it at our API documentation wiki.
Do you support documents that periodically change in format?
Yes, we do not use templates for data extraction. So, we are not tied to a particular layout of document.
How do I get an API key?

What is the pricing?
We have a subscription based price which depends on the monthly volume of extraction. The pricing depends on the data type and what information needs to be extracted from it. Please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will share the relevant pricing with you.
How much data is required to train the system using Machine Learning?
The more data, the better! Depending on what needs to be extracted, we can start the training with a few hundred documents to a few thousands.
What if we have no data to train?
No problem, we will begin the training process from a global training data set and refine the accuracy as you use our solution.
Can I scan offline?
Do you do signature validation?
Yes, we can validate if a page has a signature or not.
How long does it take to get started?
You can start using the API the next business day after signing the service order form.
