Automatic Product Tagging for Retailers
Our platform is being used by a several retailers to understand their products better and make them easy to discover by customers. We analyze content generated around the product in forms of product images, customer images, review comments and descriptions to pick relevant product tags. This not only saves time and manual errors but also brings customers perspective to product catalog.
Our NLP algorithms went through the product reviews, descriptions and other text available in the catalog and extracted a global pool of all product traits. This was then extrapolated to the new product by matching descriptions and traits extracted from the images.

The insights extracted by our platform were married with the customer's existing search and browse functionality to make product discovery easy. The customer saw a much improved search conversion rate for the new products.
